PEI launched a comprehensive Education Support Program aimed at enhancing school enrollment and retention rates in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The initiative encompassed community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities across 387 primary and secondary public schools. In collaboration with TOMS Shoes, PEI provided essential items to economically disadvantaged students, including a new pair of shoes upon enrollment and warm jackets and clothes to those who maintained regular attendance throughout the year. By engaging families and local communities, PEI underscored the importance of education and created a supportive environment for learning. These efforts significantly contributed to increased school enrollment and retention rates, ensuring more children had access to quality education and opportunities for a brighter future.
